Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
At Eleve Prints, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Return Policy
- We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Only damaged, defective, or misprinted products are eligible for return.
- Sale items are only eligible for exchange.
- To initiate a return, email us at printseleve@gmail.com with your order ID and relevant photos (if applicable).
- You may also contact us via live chat support on our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
- If the product received is misprinted, defective, or damaged, customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video and clear images of the item with its original packaging are mandatory for verification.
- Once verified, Eleve Prints will reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective Products)
- Returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (wrong size, change of mind, etc.) are not eligible.
- If a replacement is needed, a new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Return Process & Reverse Pickup
- Contact us at printseleve@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
- A reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery for eligible returns.
- The reverse shipping charge is equal to the forward shipping cost (e.g., 5 items = return charge for all 5, even if returning only 1).
- Reverse shipping fee of ₹150 applies and will be deducted from the refund or credited to your wallet.
Undelivered or Return to Origin (RTO) Orders
- If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
- No additional charge is applied for RTO. To reship the item, a new order must be placed.
Replacement Policy
- After verifying a damaged or defective item, we will dispatch a replacement within 3–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or preference as all items are customized.
- Exchanges are processed only for defective, incorrect, or damaged products.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is defective or misprinted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from warehouse receipt.
- Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.
- If 15+ business days have passed since refund approval, contact us at printseleve@gmail.com.
Proof of Purchase
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice, is required for all returns and claims.
Important Notes
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
- Refunds will not be provided due to incorrect customer information or failed deliveries.
- Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- In case of a dispute, Eleve Prints reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Products bought during BOGO, Free Gift, or Bundle offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
